These bracelets are strung on double 0.5mm stretch cord to your custom size. Each seed bead is 6/0 in size. Choose your color and size at checkout.
Measure your wrist by taking a piece of string and wrap around wrist. Then compare that string measurement to a tape measure. Then add 0.25" to help with stretching Bracelet over hand. (EX: string wrapped around wrist = 6.5". Add 0.25" + 6.5" = 6.75" actual wrist size.)
